Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
Shipping Policies
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 8096415419 Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping Partners
We use Bluedart, Delhiveryto ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special requests to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Shipments through Bluedart / Delhivery, if created before 04:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute order
Returns & Refunds policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Ideal time for refund is 5-7 Days
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
