Return/Exchange Policy:
No returns or exchanges are allowed, except for damaged, tampered, or wrong articles.

Important:

- An unboxing video is required to process any complaints. All packages have a sticker reminding you to record this.

To Initiate an Exchange:

   - Unboxing video
2. Deadline: This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Process:
1. Response Time: We will respond within 48 working hours.
2. Conditions: 
  - The unboxing video must be genuine and show the entire process.
  - The item must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging and tags.

If Approved:
1. You will receive a digital shipping label (PDF).
2. Pack the damaged article securely with bubble wrap, just as it was received.
3. Print and attach the shipping label.
4. Your parcel will be picked up within 24 hours of label sharing.

Size Exchange:
1. Size exchanges for rings and bangles are common.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
3. Self-Ship Instructions:
    - Pack the product securely and ship to:

4. Include a note with:
    - Order ID
    - Instagram ID
    - WhatsApp number
5. Use a reliable courier service and share tracking details once shipped.
6. After receiving the parcel, we will contact you for the shipping charges to send the correct size.

Refund Process:
1. Refunds are not typically offered. However, if necessary, a coupon code will be issued.
