Zerodol TH4 is a combination medicine containing:

  • Aceclofenac – a pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)

  • Thiocolchicoside – a muscle relaxant
    Together they reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness/spasm.

Zerodol TH4 is mainly prescribed for pain associated with muscle spasms and musculoskeletal conditions such as: 

  • Muscle strain or sprain pain

  • Back pain and neck muscle spasms

  • Pain from stiffness of muscles

  • Inflammatory conditions with muscle spasm

  • Sometimes post-surgery muscle pain

It helps relax muscles, reduce swelling and relieve pain, allowing better movement.
