Zerodol TH4 is a combination medicine containing:
Aceclofenac – a pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)
Thiocolchicoside – a muscle relaxant
Together they reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness/spasm.
Zerodol TH4 is mainly prescribed for pain associated with muscle spasms and musculoskeletal conditions such as:
Muscle strain or sprain pain
Back pain and neck muscle spasms
Pain from stiffness of muscles
Inflammatory conditions with muscle spasm
Sometimes post-surgery muscle pain
It helps relax muscles, reduce swelling and relieve pain, allowing better movement.
Aceclofenac blocks messenger chemicals (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation.
Thiocolchicoside works on the central nervous system to ease muscle spasm and stiffness.
Use exactly as prescribed by your doctor — dose and duration vary by condition.
Usually taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation.
Don’t crush or chew the tablet — swallow whole.
Before taking, tell your doctor if you have:
Stomach ulcers or history of bleeding
