Albumin Test

Albumin test is done to determine levels of albumin in various body tissues. Levels are determined by collecting and examining a venous blood sample from patients. Albumin is one the most abundantly found proteins in all tissues and body fluids. It is synthesized in the liver and circulated to other organs. Albumin is very important for normal functioning of human body. Several important physiological functions are carried out by albumin.
