Directions
1. “Fruit of the Earth” Spicy Treat
Ingredients (2 cups)
Fruit of the Earth Tea – 1 1/2 teaspoons
Milk – 150 ml
Water – 150 ml
Clove, cardamom – 2-3 pcs each
Cinnamon – 1/2 a stick
Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – to taste
Procedure
Boil the milk and water together for a few minutes. Add the spices and tea leaves and boil some more. Strain into a cup and add sugar to taste.
2. “Fruit of the Earth” Lemon Treat
Ingredients (2 cups)
Fruit of the Earth Tea - 2 teaspoons
Water - 300ml
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - to taste
Procedure
Make strong tea liquor by boiling the tea leaves in water for a few minutes. Strain the liquor into a cup and add lemon juice. Serve with sugar.
3. “Fruit of the Earth” Fruit Punch Treat
Ingredients (2 cups)
Orange juice - 60ml
Lime cordial / lemon juice - 20ml
Fruit of the Earth liquor - 150ml
Sugar syrup - 30ml
Garnish - orange slice
Procedure
Take some ice cubes in a tall glass. Add sugar syrup and lemon juice / lime cordial.
Pour the orange juice and top it up with tea liquor. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.
4. “Fruit of the Earth” Pina-mint Treat
Ingredients (2 cups)
Pineapple juice - 90ml
Mint syrup - 15ml
Fruit of the Earth Tea liquor - 120ml
Sugar syrup - 30ml
Lemon juice - 15ml
Garnish – lemon slice, cherry, mint leaves
Procedure
Pour the pineapple juice, mint syrup, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a blender. Add some ice cubes and blend well. Pour the drink into a tall glass and carefully top it with tea liquor. Garnish with a lemon slice, cherry and mint leaves and serve immediately.
