Sha Champion Billiards Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by calling us at +917011863663 or emailing us at shachampionsbilliards@gmail.com or infoshachampionsbilliards@gmail.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we will only be able to cancel it if it has not yet been delivered. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your order has been cancelled, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note

We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

 We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation requests that we believe are abusive or fraudulent.
