📌 Booking Terms & Conditions:

• Session Duration: Each video call slot is strictly for 30 minutes (1/2 hour). Please be ready on time to make the most of your shopping session!

• One-Time Call: The video call will be conducted once only per booking. Alternate or follow-up slots cannot be rescheduled for the same booking.

• Service Fee: The video call order service is charged separately and does not include the cost of the toys.

• Non-Refundable: The booking/video call fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a purchase is made during the call.

📦 Payment, Packing & Dispatch Policy:

• Advance Payment: Your order will be processed and dispatched only after the full payment for the selected items is completed.

• Packing & Transport Charges: Local carrier/transport charges (from our shop to the transport provider's hub) and packaging costs are payable extra. These will be charged standard or as discussed and agreed upon over the phone.
