If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

We do not have product to product replacement at SILVER TRENDS However, if you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of size or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund it. All you need to do is return the product back to us within 7 days of delivery.  The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of successful pickup of the item.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 2 days
The goods are in the original packaging 
Unbox video must be taken while opening the package. [without any pause, break or editing the video]

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We only issue store credit, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
