In order to use SILVERTRENDS.IN, you (the user) have accepted or deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. SILVER TRENDS reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the SILVER TRENDS.

• The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 
• We have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your Device, we cannot guarantee that your Device's display of colour will be accurate.
• SILVER TRENDS will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on Gifted Beauty. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action.
• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of SILVER TRENDS. While SILVER TRENDS strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. SILVER TRENDS cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SILVER TRENDS shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, SILVER TRENDS may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and SILVER TRENDS will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or other modes provided by you during the time of ordering or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
• SILVER TRENDS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
• The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. SILVER TRENDS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, SILVER TRENDS has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of SILVER TRENDS without prior intimation whatsoever.
• SILVER TRENDS shall not entertain any complaints after 48 hours, once the order is delivered
• SILVER TRENDS will not be liable for any type or kind of payment frauds like credit/debit/ATM card/wallet/online payment frauds. The liability to use a card and other facilities fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
• Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of these terms of use by the user, the user shall be promptly liable to indemnify SILVER TRENDS for all the costs, losses and damages caused to SILVER TRENDS as a result of such a breach. Further in the event of your breach of these terms of use, you agree that SILVER TRENDS will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. SILVER TRENDS therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. GIFTED BEAUTY right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.

Cancellation by SILVER TRENDS : Such situations are avoided but if raised please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is against which you have already paid (in accordance to our terms & conditions), the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions: SILVER TRENDS reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. SILVER TRENDS reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
