Add 1-2 tspoons of kashaya powder to 1 glass of water and boil. Add sugar/jaggery if needed. add cold or warm water to make 1litre kashaya. Adding milk is optional. Good for all ages especially during summer.
Ingredients: Coriander seeds, jeera, methi, pepper, sompu.
Use it within 2 months.
