A-Skill Creator is an online kid Toy store. We Design/ Trade products designed for kids having age group of 6 Months to up to his/her early teens. The store was established in 2014 and is based on Montessori Techniques having good customer support.

Q-What Products does Skill Creator sell?
A- We sell products designed by us that help in educating your kids in play way method rather than mugging up concepts. We also sell products that would help your kid building confidence and present themselves with greater ease. Science and craft kits are our Best sellers. We also Re-Sell some famous games like CATAN and CHOPAT.
Q- Where is Skill Creator located?
A- We are company based in Ahmedabad office located at: 7,3rd floor Bhagwati complex besides Badshah Dairy, Jain merchant 5 roads, Paldi, Ahmedabad Gujarat.
Q - Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A - Before receiving confirmation by the vendor you can cancel it.
Q - What is the return/refund policy?
A - In case of any damaged or defective product received, the product will be replaced. There is no refund initiated in that case.
Q - Do you provide customized products?
A - Yes, for customization feel free to contact the vendor.
Q - Why has my product not been delivered?
A - Your product will be delivered within 3-4 working days, if it's not been delivered within estimated delivery time then please wait for 24 to 48 hours more until technical or dispatch issues have been resolved. If that time exceeds feel free to contact us with your order number at skillcreator2771@gmail.com
Q - How do I know my order has been confirmed?
A - After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
Q - How can I track my shipment?
A - We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Q - Who pays for the shipping charges?
A - We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to Rs. 699/- . For Orders below Rs. 699 shipping charges of Rs. 50 will apply on COD orders only.
Note – Free shipping on all orders having Online Payment Mode.
Q - How much parental involvement is required?
A – Some of our educational games will require little parental involvement.
