Pav Bhaji (One Plate with 2 Pav)
Pav bhaji basically originated in Maharashtra. It consists of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Vegetables in the curry may include potatoes, onions, carrots, chillies, peas, bell peppers, beans & tomatoes.
