✅ Return Accepted Only for Damaged Products

We accept returns only if the product is received in damaged condition.

🎥 Mandatory Opening Video

To approve a return, the customer must provide a clear opening/unboxing video showing:

1. The parcel being opened from the start
   (No cuts, no pauses, no already-opened parcel)

2. The product taken out from the parcel

3. The damaged area clearly shown in the video

4. The shipping label on the package

Without this full opening video, the return will not be accepted.

⏰ Return Request Time

You must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

📦 Return Shipping

The customer must send the product back to us.
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
