Little Millets Atta - Plain
Prepared from stone chakki mill to retain the nutritional values of millets in the flour. Prepared with whole unpolished millets and not pre-soaked. While making roti/chapathi make sure your dough should rest atleast 2-3hrs.

Preparation
Method #1 : use Hot water to bind the flour and make dough
Method # 2 : Mix flour to hot water, mix and wait for 10 mins
Then make a dough
Mix water : flour in ration one : two
From above two Option # 2 is easy and roti comes similar to wheat chapati roti
