Return & Exchange Policy

At Tamaala, every product is handcrafted by artisans and may carry slight variations that are intrinsic to handmade processes and add to its uniqueness. We accept return or exchange requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 48 hours after verification by our team, and all such replacements will be delivered in 7-10 working days after acceptance from our end.
