Adai Dosa Mix

Urad Dal (Black Gram), Toor Dal (Yellow Pigeon Pea), Rice, Bengal Gram, Green Gram, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, and Red Chilies. 

 

How to make it?

Step 1 - Mix 1 measure of Adai Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, ½ measure of curd (optional) and salt to form a smooth batter. For extra flavour, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander or curry leaves. Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2 - Heat a flat pan on medium flame and grease it with little oil. Spread 1 tbsp of the batter on the pan in sweeping circular motions to form a pancake. Drizzle and spread some oil over the surface and the edges of the pancake. When the surface looks cooked (not soft or runny), flip it and cook the other side for about a minute.

Step 3 - Fold the dosa into half and serve hot with coconut/tomato chutney, sambar or pickle.
