Bulk and Corporate Orders

If you want to purchase our products in bulk or place corporate orders, write to us with details of your requirements to tothecrescentlight@gmail.com.

 

Do we undertake commissions?

Yes, we do!

We would be delighted to work on a piece particularly designed for you. 

 

How long will my order take?

All orders usually get shipped within 7-10 days. So you can expect delivery within 10-12 days. 

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate. 

 

I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at tothecrescentlight@gmail.com  with the video and images of the damaged product within 72hrs of receiving the product.

We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money, whichever is preferred.

How can I cancel my order?

Please mail us at tothecrescentlight@gmail.com if your order has not been packed and shipped yet.

 

When can I cancel my order?

• Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been packed and shipped from our side.
• No cancellation is applicable for customized products once the order is placed.
• Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
