At The Drip Syndicate, every product is made just for you — with your vibe, your design, and your drip. Since most of our items are custom printed, here’s how returns and refunds work:
🛑 Custom = No Returns (Unless We Messed Up)
All our products are made-to-order and customized specially for you. Because of this:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design issues chosen by the customer.

But if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we've got your back.
✅ Return Eligibility (Our Fault = Our Fix)
You can request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged or has manufacturing defects

You received the wrong size/design than what you ordered
📸 We’ll need photo/video proof to process your request. Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
💸 Refunds
Once we review and approve your claim:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

Or, you can choose to get store credit or a replacement item
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Include your Order ID, a short explanation, and clear photos/videos

For approved returns, we'll provide the return address (self-ship only)
