Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions

Please read these Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order with The Drip Syndicate. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Custom‑printed or pre‑order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Note: Delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch and may vary by location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Rate: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination.

International: Flat‑rate or calculated based on courier rates; shown at checkout.
4. Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) Policy

Advance Payment
To confirm a COD order, customers must pay 30% of the total cart value online as an advance payment. The remaining 70% will be collected at the time of delivery. This advance payment ensures order verification and helps prevent fake or refused deliveries. -
COD Handling Fee
A non‑refundable COD handling charge of ₹50–₹100 (depending on order value & delivery location) applies to all COD orders. This covers additional processing and logistics costs. -
Order Cancellations & Refusals

If you cancel after dispatch or refuse delivery, the advance payment will be forfeited, as it covers processing and shipping costs.

Repeat refusals or cancellations may lead to restrictions or suspension of future COD privileges.

Service Availability
COD is available only in select pincodes. Our delivery partners may decline COD shipments where logistical constraints exist.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use it to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local facility—please contact the courier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Proof of Delivery: A delivery confirmation (signature or OTP) may be required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

Address Issues: If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in failed delivery, any additional redelivery charges will be billed to you.
7. Change of Address or Order Amendments

Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately to update address or modify your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

After Dispatch: Changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours for claims processing.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows non‑delivery after estimated delivery date + 7 days, notify us. We will liaise with the courier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.
