Welcome to The Drip Syndicate! By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise engaging with our brand, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

1.1 Scope. These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.
1.2 Modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. All changes will be posted on our website with the revised Effective Date.

2. Definitions

• “The Drip Syndicate,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to The Drip Syndicate Pvt. Ltd.

• “You” or “Customer” means any person or entity who visits our site or places an order.

• “Products” refers to all custom‑printed merchandise sold through our site.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Made‑to‑Order. All Products are manufactured upon order confirmation and are uniquely produced for you.
3.2 Order Changes. Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, all sales are final.
3.3 Right to Refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.
3.4 Variations. Slight color or design differences due to screen settings or printing processes are normal.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Currency. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment Methods. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (see Section 7). We do not store your payment credentials.
4.3 Taxes & Fees. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address.
4.4 Payment Failure. If payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Origin. All orders ship from our facility in Tamil Nadu.
5.2 Processing Time. Standard processing takes 2–3 business days (excluding public holidays).
5.3 Delivery Estimates:

• Standard (Surface): 5 –10 business days

• Express (Air): 2–4 business days

• International (Air): 7–14 business days

5.4 Rush Orders. Request priority processing at checkout for an extra ₹100 fee—guarantees next‑business‑day dispatch.
5.5 Delays. We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or other force‑majeure events.
5.6 Address Accuracy. Customers must provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to inaccurate addresses.
5.7 International Duties. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD)

6.1 Advance Payment. To confirm a COD order, pay 30% of the cart value online; the remaining 70% is collected at delivery.
6.2 Handling Fee. A non‑refundable COD charge of ₹50–₹100 applies based on order value and location.
6.3 Cancellations & Refusals. If you cancel post‑dispatch or refuse delivery, the advance payment is forfeited. Multiple refusals may lead to COD privileges being revoked.
6.4 Availability. COD is offered only in select pincodes; couriers may decline service in restricted areas.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Custom Products. Due to their bespoke nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds—except for defective or incorrect items.
7.2 Reporting Defects. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
7.3 Return Approval. Once approved, you must return the item in its original condition and packaging.
7.4 Refund Timeline. Refunds, if applicable, are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7.5 Exclusions. Minor print variations or slight color differences are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, graphics, and other content are the exclusive property of The Drip Syndicate. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user engaging in fraud, harassment, or other violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Drip Syndicate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third‑party marketers.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Bangalore jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• You accept that products ship from Tamil Nadu with a 2–3‑day processing period.

• Rush orders incur a ₹100 priority fee.

• Returns and refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• Minor print or color variations are normal and not grounds for return.
