2. Conditions for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes) and our dropshipping logistics, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item delivered).
To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

The request for return is initiated within 3 days of receiving the Goods.

The Goods are in their original, unused condition, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

The original packaging and seals are intact (unless the item was defective/damaged inside).
The following Goods CANNOT be returned or refunded:

Any perfume product where the original factory seal has been broken or the product has been used, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Products returned simply because the customer dislikes the scent.

Goods that were purchased more than 3 days ago.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
3. Return Process and Address

4. Refunds
Once the returned Goods are received and inspected by our warehouse and found to meet the eligibility conditions (damaged, defective, or incorrect):
