Thank you for shopping with Vedaliv. This shipping policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered. At Vedaliv, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner.
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 hours business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 7.00 pm will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email or message once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/size, and selected shipping method.
Cost of shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 70 on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times: 3-7 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent on your phone or email.
4. General Shipping Rules
- No courier service or pickups on Sundays or government holidays due to the limited shelf life of our products.
- During festival months, delivery timelines may be delayed due to stock shortages or high shipment volumes.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners make 2 attempts to deliver the package. In case of non-availability, the package is returned to us. Ensure an accurate shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number, for efficient delivery.
- We do not currently ship outside of India.
