How To Assemble Commercial Ro Water System

by Water Purifier Guide, 09 Feb 2023

Reverse osmosis (RO) systems are often used in commercial settings, such as restaurants and factories, to provide clean drinking water. If you've recently purchased an RO system for your business, assembling it can seem like a daunting task. But don't worry; it's actually quite simple.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to assemble a commercial RO water system.

Steps To Assemble Commercial Ro Water System

Step 1: Check the Parts Before You Begin
Before you start putting your system together, take the time to make sure all the necessary parts are included in the package. Every RO system should include a sediment filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis membrane, storage tank, and faucet adapter. If any of these pieces are missing or damaged, contact the manufacturer right away so they can send out replacements.

Step 2: Install the Filters
Once you have verified that all your parts are present and accounted for, it's time to start assembling your RO unit. First off, install the sediment filter and carbon filter into their respective housings. Make sure both filters are positioned correctly and securely fastened in place before moving on to the next step.

Step 3: Connect Everything Together
With the filters installed in their respective housings, it’s time to connect everything together. Start by connecting one end of the tubing from the sediment filter housing to one end of the reverse osmosis membrane housing and then secure with clamps or fittings as needed. Then repeat this process with another set of tubing from the carbon filter housing to one end of the storage tank and secure as needed. Finally, attach another section of tubing from the reverse osmosis membrane housing to one end of the faucet adapter and tighten down with clamps or fittings as needed.

Step 4: Perform Pre-Filtration Test & Flush Membrane  Once all connections have been made securely between each housing and component, perform a pre-filtration test by turning on your water supply valve (located near where you connected your incoming water line) until water begins flowing throught he entire system without any noticeable air bubbles in sight. Then turn off your water supply valve again after testing is complete and flush out any remaining air bubbles trapped in your membranes using fresh water for about 5 minutes before proceeding onto installation phase for final inspection & testing before use.

Conclusion

Assembling a commercial RO Water System may seem like an intimidating task at first glance but once familiarized with each component & connection properly it can be done quite easily.

By following these four steps thoroughly & carefully you will have an efficient & effective system up & running quickly & efficiently.

So remember to check all parts before beginning assembly; install both sediment & carbon filters securely; connect all components properly; perform pre-filtration test; flush out air bubbles from membranes; then proceed onto installation phase for final inspection & testing before use.

With careful attention paid throughout each step outlined here you will be well on your way toward having clean drinking water at your business location! Thanks for reading.
