Return & Replacement Policy – 10CH Quick Commerce - Medhansh Homoepathic Clinic

1. Eligibility

• Returns or replacements are possible within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Eligible reasons:

  • Expired product

  • Broken/damaged product

  • Missing product

2. Return/Replacement Process

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/replacement.

• Our team will verify the request and pro

• cess the return or replacement within a 2-4 hours.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after verification of the returned product.

• The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Replacement

• Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

• Delivery of replacement may take up to 2 hours in Meerut (normal delivery timeline).

5. Non-Eligible Returns

• Products returned after 7 days from delivery date.

• Ordered by mistake.
