Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.


2. Return and Replacement

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if a wrong product has been sent.

A 360° unboxing video must be provided as proof to claim any issues with the product.

 

3. Damaged During Delivery

We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery.

 

4. Claim Process

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Ensure the unboxing video clearly shows the packaging and the product for verification.

 

5. Exceptions

No returns or replacements will be accepted for reasons other than receiving a wrong product.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
