Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AdvaidOrganics, we prepare all our products fresh, using natural and organic ingredients, only against confirmed orders. To maintain our commitment to quality and hygiene, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
We do not accept change requests for order items, quantities, or delivery slots after confirmation.

2. No Refunds

Payments made are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds in cases of customer change of mind, taste preferences, or non-availability at the time of delivery.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

While we do not provide refunds, we will review and address:

Orders delivered incorrectly (wrong product).

Customers must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo/video proof. After verification, we may provide a replacement or credit for future purchase at our discretion.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will be made on a weekly basis, as per the schedule communicated in advance. Orders will be accepted between Monday to Friday night 11pm IST. As per the orders items will be harvested on Sunday Morning and delivered in the same day. Except any unforseen circumstances which will be communicated.
Delivery Address: Customers must provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to deliver within the agreed timeframe, slight variations may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Non-Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery will be considered completed if handed over to a security guard/neighbor (if applicable) or rescheduled at an additional delivery charge.
Quality at Delivery: All fruits and vegetables are checked for freshness before dispatch. Customers are requested to check items upon delivery, as complaints raised may not be accepted.
Delivery Area: Service is limited to specific delivery areas communicated by us. Orders outside these areas may not be accepted.
