If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Arambha
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/arambhain, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/arambhain
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Order Processing:
- We currently accept only pre-paid orders through G-Pay, Phone PE, Paytm. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Your order will be confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed.
- All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing order. Due to limited inventory and on demand production there might be sometimes delay.

Shipping:
- All orders will be shipped through India Post.
- Within India: A flat Shipping Rate of Rs. 60/- is applicable on all purchases below Rs. 2000/-. Orders of and above Rs. 2000/- qualify for free shipping.
- International Order: For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the total weight of the items in your order, and the destination address.
- Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 3-5 business days once they’ve been shipped.
- Orders for Rest of India will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp using the provided number.
Note:
- Shipping charges for bulk orders will vary & will be communicated accordingly.
- Please note that the above delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on your location and product availability.

Delays And Exceptions:
- While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or unexpected disruptions in the shipping network. We appreciate your patience in such situations and assure you that we will work diligently to resolve any issues.
Order Cancellations:
- Once placed, an order can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing order before the order has been shipped.
- Full refunds for cancellation are possible within 12 hours of placing order. Unfortunately, cancellations can't be processed once your order has been shipped.
- Upon cancellation approval, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the refund processing time by your bank or credit card company may take time.
Returns And Exchanges:
- We strive for your satisfaction with our artisanal products, carefully crafted and securely packaged. Thus, we uphold a NO RETURN POLICY.
- However, in case you receive defective or wrong product, only then you can return your order. You can return it within 5 days from the date of delivery and complete amount shall be refunded to you. You can also get it exchanged.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Also opening video of the purchase is compulsory.
- Upon receiving the product, we'll either provide a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference within 10 working days.
- No additional delivery fee will be charged.

Note:
- Bamboo toothbrushes, wooden combs, loofahs are exempted from our return policy due to hygiene reasons.
- Custom orders and sale items can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
