Returns & Refunds

We currently accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

Exchanges
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we handle exchanges as return + new order. Once your return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the replacement product.

Yes. Most products on our website are personally used and tested by us, and all items are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers across the world.
