1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   • The item must be in unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Reason for Return:

   • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or printing errors.
   • We do not accept returns for size-related issues if the size ordered matches the provided specifications.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Customized or personalized T-shirts (with specific designs or names) are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
   • Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
   • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

5. Shipping Costs:

   • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.
   • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds or Exchanges:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
