Cancellation & Refunds

Eligibility

Our policy lasts for 15 days. 

If 15 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.

Return or Exchange is applicable only once per order.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product. 

The procedure for exchanges is as follows:

Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.

Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case. 

Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.

Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. You will be able to track the new shipment by going to Track Orders section on our website.  

 

Returns (if applicable):

We try our best to provide the best quality products to our customers.

Still in case you are not happy with the product(s) and wish to return it, you can do it easily as follows:

Once your request for return is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will initiate a full refund to your bank account.

 

Defective/Damaged Product (if applicable):

In case you have received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
