If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/bawallstore, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/bawallstore

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

  1. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once the production process has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.

  2. Customized Orders:  If you've ordered a customized product, cancellation requests for customized orders can only be accepted within 3 hours from the time of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.

  3. Non-Customized Orders: For non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy (outlined separately) will apply.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of goods cannot be returned if the goods are not purchased within last 7 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

For returning goods please contact us vai message or email, if the reasons are valid then we will process your request.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Refund Processing Time: 

Once everything is decided with us, your refund request will be processed between 5-7 working days.
