    Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
    Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products, hygiene items (such as earbuds), and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
    Exchange: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer free replacement within the return window. 
  2. Refund Process
    Approval Required: Refunds are processed after the item is inspected.
    Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days.
    Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.

    ✅ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
