Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

Delivery address provided by the customer must be accurate; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No returns or refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchanges (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us at bhoomitextiles.support@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content belong to Bhoomi Textiles.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Manual Payment Terms & Conditions
(UPI / QR Code / Direct Bank Transfer)
These Manual Payment Terms & Conditions govern payments made to MyDukaan via UPI, QR Code, or Direct Bank Transfer.
By choosing Manual Payment as your payment method, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following manual payment options:

UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

QR Code Payments

Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
All payments must be made only to the official payment details provided by MyDukaan at checkout or via official communication channels.
2. Payment Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Customers must upload valid payment proof (Transaction ID / UTR Number / Screenshot) where required.

MyDukaan reserves the right to verify transaction details before confirming the order.

Orders may be automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed within the specified timeframe.
3. Payment Time Limit

Manual payments must be completed within 24 hours (or your preferred time limit) from order placement.

If payment is not received within this period, the order may be canceled without prior notice.
4. Incorrect Payments

Payments sent to incorrect UPI IDs or bank accounts not officially provided by us.

Errors made by customers while entering payment details.
-
Delays caused by banking networks or UPI service providers.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying payment details before transferring funds.
5. Fraud & Suspicious Transactions

We reserves the right to reject or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Additional verification may be required for high-value orders.

False payment proofs may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
6. Refund Policy for Manual PaymentsÂ

Refunds (Only if applicable) will be processed to the original source account.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on banking channels.

Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Pricing & Charges

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

Any bank or UPI charges applicable will be borne by the customer.

Orders will only be confirmed after full payment is received.
8. Order Processing & Dispatch

Order processing begins only after payment verification.

Shipping timelines are calculated from the date of payment confirmation, not the order placement date.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of payment-related disputes:

Customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of payment.

Valid transaction reference numbers must be provided.
10. Limitation of Liability

Banking server failures

UPI downtime

Delayed settlements
