2. **Unboxing Video peremptory for return/refund **: As a sine qua non for any claim regarding return, replacement, or refund, it is incumbent upon the recipient to meticulously chronicle the entirety of the unpacking process through a video recording, ab initio the receipt of the unblemished package until its thorough unsealing and inspection. This visual document must unambiguously delineate the precise state of the product, corroborating any perceived anomaly or defect contemporaneous with its discovery. Absence of such evidentiary footage shall ipso facto nullify any entitlements to restitution, replacement, or compensation.
3. **Product Condition**: Returned items must be in **unused condition**, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Products showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible.
