Return & Replacement Policy
We believe in our customer satisfaction and always try to provide the best quality products to our customers at great competitive prices. If you have received any wrong, defective, or damaged product then there is an easy return/exchange process on callmateindia.com. You just have to contact our customer care executives on 8527600022 or care@callmateindia.com during (Mon-Sat) 10 AM to 6:30 PM. Before returning, exchanging, or canceling any products please consider the following given points.
Returns Acceptable in Following Cases only:
- Damage product delivered to the customer.
- Wrong product delivered to the customers.
Points to be considered in the Replacement Process:
- Your request will only be accepted within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
- The products will be replaced only if the product is unused, should be packed in the original packing with all the tags on their place, if the tags are being found missing then the products will not be returned.
- Product will be replaced in case of damage, wrong product, faulty product. The customer will get the replacement shipped out within 7 days.
- Whenever our courier partner is not available in a given locality, the customer has to self-ship the product from his/her side, we will pay the shipping charges to the customer after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the parameters.
- The product should be repacked in a safe condition for shipment.
