How to make a return?

You can request a return of the product(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with purchase.

Reverse pickup will be done from our side wherever feasible. In

Extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.  You may also contact us at camisabtoc@gmail.com to arrange reverse pickup.

In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Returns will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that shipping/cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

Also, note we do not charge any additional handling fee for returns. We only charge the shipping cost for returns.

 How to raise a return/Exchange Request?

  1. Visit the returns section on the website or Click Here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
  2. Submit the required details in the empty filed.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return
  4. A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved.

Note: Returns/Exchanges will not be applicable for BOXERS, SOCKS, AND FACE MAKS keeping hygiene into consideration.

Refund and Return Policy

For returns, the reverse pick-up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 72 Hours.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the fill amount will be credited to the bank account.

Additionally, note that Shipping/Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds for free Product Deal

Any items purchase during a Buy one Get on or any similar free product deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being purchased item and the other being the free item.

In Case of return, all items (Purchased and free product) need to be shipped back to us. The amount of the purchase would be refunded after the deduction of refund charges, in the form of store Credit/Coupon.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery & Prepaid Order

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our payment partner would be sent to your registered E-mail ID and SMS or WhatsApp to your registered number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in required to click on the link and fill in the required details for a refund to be initiated to your account.

Please note that Shipping/Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  2. The Customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This included all of the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  3. In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our email camisabtoc@gmail.com with details of the product and its damage within 2 days of received the products; whereon, the customer will be received instructions from us.
  4. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 working days, we will confirm to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
  5. If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
