Dear clients’

PLEASE MAKE A PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. 

In case, there is any damage or an item is missing, we can look to it. And make sure, you have made a full parcel opening videos.

How to make a VIDEO?

Please show the parcel fully, without pause. We will need full video from start to end, showing all the products closely. 

In case, you find any damage, please zoom to it, fake videos will not be entertained. 

No complaints will be entertained without parcel opening video.
