We at CHAD & CO. strive to make your orders reach you on time, hassle free. Orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours and delivered within 3-8 buiness days depending upon the city and state.
- we are not responsible for shipping delays after its being dispatched as it is handled by third party.
HOW TO GET TRACKING DETAILS?
Once the order is shipped only then you'll recieve the Tracking ID's automatically via text messages or mail ID provided by the customer. In case of any query customers can reach out to us via DM's or email us at chadandco.clothing@gmail.com
RETURN POLICY
We deliver the exact same product as shown in the pictures as we click each and every picture to give you an original look & the exact size is delivered selected by the customer. We do not have any RETURN POLICY but only if the customer has recieved the wrong or damaged products.
In order to initiate a return the customer needs to provide an opening video within 24 hours hours of delivery of the delivery of the parcel.
* For exchanges the customer needs to pay a fee of Rs. 150/- (PREPAID)
