“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping Policy:

At Chirkut, we provide world-class shipping to all our customers that include inspection, fast & on-time delivery, top quality packaging, and timely communication at each stage of shipping.                          

We completely understand that once you buy merchandise online, the biggest question usually is "Where is my stuff?" - well with us, we address that worry. This means that once you have bought a product at our site, we take care of everything so you don't have to be anxious about anything.                         

We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.      

                        

Please Note:   

Shipping Charges is dependent on the product. The shipping charges may be waived off if you shop for a minimum predefined value or If the same is in a promotion or on the product to product case. 

Shipping charges, if any, for a product will be indicated along with the product during the order journey and you are informed about it before making the purchase.

• You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner.       
• The delivery time frame mentioned in the product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability, the address where the order needs to be delivered courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You can rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at Squareknot. 
• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.            
• At Chirkut, products sold may attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature/category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product on the payment mode page that you see on our website.           
• The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at Chirkut. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart/payment page.     
• We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.     
• You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you           
• In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will be refunded proportionately by us pursuant to any return or cancellation of the Product.                                   

We shall charge the shipping and delivery fees as mentioned below from you. Shipping charges may vary based on the order value of the Product that you have added to the cart.
