Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Coverage: Chroma Tech LK's warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the supplier.
Eligibility: The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Requirements: To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, such as battery degradation.
- Use of unauthorized accessories or software.
- Damage from external causes like weather conditions or collisions.
- Loss of data during repair processes.
Chroma Tech LK reserves the right to void the warranty for products that do not meet these terms.
Procedure for Claiming Warranty:

Notification: Customers must inform Chroma Tech LK of any defects and initiate the return process.

Delivery: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering expenses for the delivery of the product to Chroma Tech LK.

Billing: Chroma Tech LK may charge for parts or labor if the warranty terms are not met.

Special Features: Certain product features may require referral to cellular operators for assistance.

Expired Warranty: Products returned after the warranty period expires will be subject to Chroma Tech LK's standard service policies.
Once accepted, Chroma Tech LK will inspect and repair or replace defective parts within a specified timeframe.
