If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Clove
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/clove16, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/clove16
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, we require 7 business days (weekdays) to process and dispatch your order.
Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.
Conditions for Exchange
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In case the size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 6 months. In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold out collections will not be accepted. All exchanges are final.
- The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The goods are in the original packaging with tags intact.
As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the CLOVE pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met)
If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at cloveindia.in@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- We will not accept the return if the product is used/altered/damaged/tags removed by customer.
- If it exceeds the 7 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

- In order to return the product, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email: cloveindia.in@gmail.com
- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
- We will issue Store Credit to you, within 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.
- We do not offer exchange or return on International orders.
