Return/Exhange Policy
At Colours Overload, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and high-quality products. To ensure transparency and uphold the rights of both the customers and the store, we have implemented the following Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns under any circumstance. We encourage our customers to make informed decisions while purchasing products from our store. This policy is in line with Article 19(1)(g) of the Indian Constitution, which guarantees the right to practice any profession, occupation, trade, or business. By not accepting returns, we maintain the smooth functioning of our business, which is crucial for economic and commercial interests.

Exchanges: We do understand that damage to a product may occur during transit. In such cases, we offer an exchange option provided that the following conditions are met:
a. Major Damage: The product must have suffered significant damage that affects its functionality or purpose.
b. Full Parcel Opening Video: To ensure the legitimacy of the exchange request, the customer must provide a full parcel opening video that clearly demonstrates the extent of the damage. This requirement is in line with Article 19(1)(a) of the Indian Constitution, which guarantees the right to freedom of speech and expression. By requesting a video, we aim to prevent any misunderstandings and protect the interests of both parties.

Time Limit: Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request received after this time frame will not be entertained.

Verification: Once we receive the video and assess the damage, we will notify the customer about the exchange eligibility within 5 business days. If the request meets the specified criteria, the customer can proceed with the exchange process.

Product Availability: Exchanges will be subject to the availability of the same product in our inventory. If the product is out of stock, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our store for exchange, in the case where the customer exchanged the product due to personal dislike of product.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any purchases, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
