1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and for hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "unsuitability." Once a product has been delivered, it is considered final sale.
2. Cancellation Policy
We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we do not encourage or accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange.
Mandatory Requirement for Claims: To qualify for a refund or exchange regarding damages, you must provide a clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened (from start to finish).

4. Refund Processing
Once your unboxing video is reviewed and the damage is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost, depending on stock availability.
