Refund and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT & RETURNS

DealingSENSE thanks you and values your purchase with us. This section describes DealingSENSE’s policies on payments received from customers and returns to customers for products ordered.

 

Acceptable Methods of Payment

Presently payment methods available with DealingSENSE are provided by Razorpay. DealingSENSE accepts payments through UPI (google pay, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. As a payment provider, Razorpay uses the highest assurance SSL certificate on its website which is the EV SSL (Extended Validity SSL) certificate. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. Razorpay Payment Pages are very secure. As Payment Pages are part of Razorpay's core platform, the pages are secured by an industry-standard 100% PCI DSS compliant & certified solution. They use industry-standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in their database.

 

Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password that you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). You will have to log onto your banks' website for registration and each bank has its process for registration.

 

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)

The cash on delivery option is currently not available with us. 

 

Pricing

All offer prices on DealingSENSE are all-inclusive, if not than, extra GST charge will be mentioned on product page itself; there are no hidden charges. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image along with GST amount if mentioned separately.

 

Orders

After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be canceled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address, or any other wrong information), DealingSENSE would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be canceled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

 

Pre Orders

 

Demonstration & Installation

A demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only (check availability for same in product description). In case of further clarifications, we would request you to contact us on +91 9362842173 (call) / 9354604479 (WhatsApp). or email us at dealingsense@gmail.com and we will be happy to clarify the same. After delivery/receipt of the product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after a minimum of 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee only. For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service center/franchisee.

Inclusions in the scope of work for Split A/c installation: - Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.

Exclusions in the scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply, and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.

For other products, the standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of the product, the installation would happen after a minimum of 4 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above-mentioned contact details for any assistance required.

 

Refunds and Replacement

DealingSENSE makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +91 9362842173 (call) / 9354604479 (WhatsApp Call). or email us at dealingsense@gmail.com. Please do not accept any Order, if Product pakage is damaged in any way possible. After acceptance of such delivery, DealingSENSE will not entertain any refund/replacement requests.

Refund/Replacement requests can only be considered valid for Refund/Replacement, 

1: you provide us the unboxing video of that particular product, also the invoice bill number (on invoice bill) must also be visible to the naked eye in that unboxing video.

2: Refund/Replacement request is raised within 7 days on Order Delivery date.

Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request of refund.

Replacement will be provided within 5-10 working days from the day product is delivered to us.

After-sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirements, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned details for the same.

For any product available on sale on DealingSENSE, the company does not assume any liability. DealingSENSE reserves the right to deny Refund/Replacement of any/every products sold, that we feel is not eligible for the same. DealingSENSE is only in the business of providing products from manufacturers/Authorized sellers to customers at the destination of their choice in India.

 

Prepaid Orders

Book your order in a minimal (partial/min advanced) amount for priority delivery post lockdown.

DealingSENSE will announce delivery notifications to the customer before the product shipment.

The customer should be paying the rest/balanced order amount to DealingSENSE before the order delivery.

DealingSENSE can not deliver the order without confirmation of full order payment.

e.g. Your Product Value is Rs.10000/-

But you can book it on a minimal amount is Rs.2000/- for priority delivery post lockdown. A balanced amount of Rs.8000/- will be payable before the delivery.

If a customer canceled his/her order (Partial Paid/ Full paid), then DealingSENSE will initiate a refund on a priority basis. Refund will be credited in working 7-20 days (for prepaid orders) as per bank terms.
