    • Standard Furniture Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days.
    • Express Furniture Shipping (available in select areas): Delivery within 7-12 business days.
    • Premium Delivery (available in select areas): Our professional delivery team will deliver the furniture, assemble it, and place it in your desired location.
  2. Shipping Charges:

    • Standard Furniture Shipping: Free for all furniture orders.
    • Express Furniture Shipping: A flat rate of [fee] will be charged for all furniture orders eligible for express shipping.
    • White Glove Delivery: A flat rate of [fee] will be charged for all furniture orders eligible for white glove delivery.
  3. Order Processing Time:

    • All furniture orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  4. Delivery:

    • Furniture deliveries are scheduled based on the shipping method chosen and the availability of the items.
    • Our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the furniture on the scheduled delivery date.
  5. Furniture Assembly:

    • Most furniture items require assembly, and detailed instructions will be provided with the product.
    • If you have chosen the Premium Delivery option, our delivery team will handle the assembly and placement of the furniture in your desired location.
  6. Damaged or Defective Furniture:

    • In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We may request photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to initiate the return or replacement process.
  7. Cancellations and Modifications:

    • If you wish to cancel or modify your furniture order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
