The price remains constant for most items, but additional charges may apply for instant delivery or single-item orders. Taxes are inclusive in all cases.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

 

Orders are typically shipped within 4 to 5 days. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 7 days due to unforeseen issues.

3. Returns and Refunds:

 

To request a refund, customers must email contact@dogowala.thelaybel.in. Refund requests will be investigated, and if valid, refunds will be processed within a week. Replacement products require customers to cover delivery charges.

4. User Information and Privacy:

 

Dogowala only uses customer email and phone numbers for updates. All other details are erased after delivery.

5. Delivery Address:

 

Customers must provide a clear and accurate delivery address. Incorrect addresses may result in order holds.

7. Shipping Time Notifications:
