Return Policy

1. We accept returns of unopened and unused food products within 5 days of the delivery date.
2.  To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization at info@dreampack.in.
3.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4.  Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5.  Perishable or food items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
