What does this Protection Policy means:
1. DVMART Buyer Protection Policy means that if a buyer makes any purchase through DVMART following things are guaranteed :-
a) Original and Genuine Products
b) Manufacture’s or Seller’s Warranty (Where ever applicable)
c) Secured Transaction
d) Brand New Products (DVMART doesn’t showcase and sale any old/refurbished items)
e) Hassle free Return/Refund/Replacement on valid grounds
2. When a Buyer Is Covered by DVMART Buyer Protection Policy:-
Buyers are covered under this policy when :
a) A purchase is made on DVMART portal (https://dvmart.in),
b) When the transaction done for the purchase is done through DVMART checkout payment process such as UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or another approved payment method on DVMART portal,
c) Buyer has made a return/refund/replacement request is submitted within the time frame of return/refund/replacement policy. For details Kindly go through Return Policy,
d) A Wrong/damaged/Incomplete product has been delivered to the Buyer,
e) The delivery of product is substantially delayed and Customer has requested to refund, and
f) Buyer has made a purchase that is not specifically excluded from protection.
3. When a Buyer Is Not Covered by the Buyer Protection Policy:-
Buyers are not covered under this policy when :
a) The refund/return request doesn’t fall under Para 2 a) to e) of DVMART Buyer Protection Policy,
b) Product delivered to the buyer has been used by the buyer,
c) Product delivered was correct and product being returned is damaged or changed or incomplete,
