Return & Refund Policy for East Coast
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Goods refers to the items offered for sale.

Orders means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Rights

Purchase made once cannot be refunded or cancelled after acceptance of the order. Order acceptance typically occurs once it has been packed or dispatched.

In case of missing items or stock unavailability, the company may cancel or reject your order at its sole discretion.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no return or refund policy applies unless items are found damaged with valid proof within the specified return window.

If delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or lack of access approval to the premises, the company is not liable for refund or replacement.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements

Perishable items like fish, mutton, groceries, and vegetables are eligible for return or replacement only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with valid proof such as clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or issue.

No refund or replacement will be provided for late delivery claims unless a product was not delivered at all.

Returns or replacements will not be entertained if items were not stored properly post-delivery, leading to damage or spoilage.

Items that are tampered with, consumed partially, or altered will not be eligible for return or refund.

Any complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refunds/replacements are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team.

In case of suspected misuse or false claims, the company reserves the right to deny further returns/refunds.

Replacement/refund may be limited to specific items in a combo if only part of the order is faulty.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed only if the claim is approved after investigation. The approved amount will be refunded using the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
