Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Products such as undergarments, socks, and items on sale/clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and promotional reasons.

Return Process

Initiate the Return
Contact our customer support team via support@easybuy.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your reason for return and providing your order number. -
Pack the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are intact and include your invoice inside the package. -
Return Method
You may return the item by courier to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer support team. -
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card payment, etc.) within 7–10 business days after approval.

You may be eligible for a store credit or bank transfer if you paid Cash on Delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem promptly at no extra cost to you.
