Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return
    Contact our customer support team via support@easybuy.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your reason for return and providing your order number.

  2. Pack the Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are intact and include your invoice inside the package.

  3. Return Method
    You may return the item by courier to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer support team.

  4. Inspection & Approval
    Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem promptly at no extra cost to you.
